I have stayed at this property multiple times now and they simply do not miss. Every single staff member is kind and helpful and patient. The check in experience is lovely. The room is spotless and spacious creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. The best sleep I have gotten in a while. All the facilities work perfectly so engineering gets an A+ as well. Just a perfect property. Please remain great and I can't wait to be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and I had a short two day stay here. We easily spend half of the year in hotel rooms and this hotel was definitely in the bottom 5. The shower in our room didn't drain, the toilet paper holder was broken and the bed had food under it. I definitely did not expect that - the property is pretty new. I will say the rep at the desk was nice and moved us to the next room over but it was worse. It was dirtier than the first and none of the vessels in the shower had product - the body wash and shampoo were all empty.

I am a diamond member and I was throughly impressed with the room. They upgraded me to a suite and the room was amazing. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in altogether. The hotel smelled amazing and the staff was so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for sure.

Amazing hotel that my husband (charles) booked and we both enjoyed. My husband goes to the gym daily and will settle for most hotel gyms but was very happy to find out the gym at Even is just as good if not better than our hometown gym. The equipment was top quality and very clean. Our room was very clean, everything worked, and the beds were perfect for sleeping. The bathroom toiletries provided were exceptional and I plan on purchasing a couple of the items from the boutique seller (Apotheke). Staff was very friendly even when just passing by.
1 question... what is the scent used for the lobby? I asked the front desk but they weren't sure and said they needed to ask the owner or manager who was away. I'm hoping it's a scent I can purchase for my house because I could have sat in the lobby all day just to relax and enjoy.
AVOID! - No Security & Very Rude Management

First night, multiple auto break ins. The hotel needs security. Come to find out, this is very common in the area. I don't understand why the hotel wouldn't provide security if this is common.
The management/staff were completely indifferent and rude in their response to the issue. We met a nice lady with her family as they were taping up their card window. She informed us the manager told her she could walk park about a mile away and walk herself to the hotel if she wanted to park around security/police.
LIke I said, rude.
On top of that, it is a new hotel. The ice machine was broken, the hot water barely works, and the breakfast buffet for the high cost is not good.
Better off sticking with other name brand hotels. They take care of their members.

One of the best IHG properties we have stayed at for families. Modern room and facilities. Quiet. Room is big enough for a family.
