This was the 1st of 2 rooms I stayed in while at this hotel (by choice). It was absolutely amazing! No complaints!

I had a great and memorable experience for the most part. I stayed in two different building (at my own will) and tried two different room models. This room was great just like the first room I rented except one problem occurred. While laying on the couch I developed a skin rash that has caused hives all over my body for the past couple days. I didn’t lay on the couch until my final day due to the availability of the bed of course. I submitted an example of the hives on my back as an example of what I have on my body as well. Outside of that, I had no other issues with the room or quality of the hotel itself.

I stayed here for 45 days and my room was cleaned only 3 or three times. The floor was not vacuumed the entire time I stayed here. I asked for a vacuum to clean the room myself but was given one that didn’t work. Some of the front desk agents was not pleasant and didn’t look like they want to be bothered.
Overall, I will not stay here again.

Room smelled like dog urine we told them they didn’t accommodate use or even offer a refund or discount for the trouble miserable stay.

The room was clean. It came with a kitchenette, however had to go back to the main desk and sign out the dishes, pots, pans, etc. less of a deal if at the same building but had to drive back and forth for them. Breaks fast could use a revamp, more fruits and vegetables would be nice. The attendant kept the area super clean.

I had reserved a kitchenette room for my week long stay so I could cook meals in my room & save some money. When I arrived at my room, all I had were pots and pans. There were no utensils to cook with no dishes, no glasses, no silverware to eat with. When I went down to the hotel lobby to ask the receptionist, if there were any available dishes, silverware, glasses, she went in the back and only came out with a bin that had pots and pans that look like they had been from the 70s. so I was unable to cook in my room, which was unfortunate. I paid for an amenity that I was unable to use
Worst IHG hotel experience

This has been by far the worst IHG I have stayed at. Terrible selection in breakfast items, no peanut butter in the breakfast bar. Put in a room with no mini fridge or microwave. Asked for a queen and got put in a two full room. Super noisy neighbors with a dog that would not stop barking and the neighbors having the tv up so loud I could hear it through the walls. Plus black mold showing through the paint on the ceiling above the shower.
