这是我住过众多的洲际系列酒店中，最值得差评的一个，老实说我一般不写评价，但这个酒店让我绷不住了。
首先从酒店设施来说，房间密封，空调关了依然又热又闷，完全不透气。北京那么多皇冠都配上了加湿器，但这家华邑愣是没有，睡一觉起来满头大汗，嗓子发炎。床很大，配的四个枕头没有软硬分别。我能理解中国风的原木装修，但太多裸露的家具棱角，一不小心就磕碰，我左右膝盖各磕出一个血印。浴缸很漂亮，但是旁边没有任何置物设施，也就是说泡澡不要玩手机，不然就只能放地上。
退房后去电梯下车库，电梯外面标志着B2，一层到三层。很自然你就以为这个电梯不到B1，但找了一圈发现这是唯一的电梯后，才发现可以到B1。
没有给饮料券，没有欢迎水果，大堂没几个人，找不到路不知道问谁-

我在华邑酒店住了一晚，最差评的是前台。
有一个穿西服身材略胖的前台主管，没有佩戴名牌，不仅态度傲慢，而且疯狂咳嗽传播病毒。作为服务行业，如果身体有恙，应该休息，而不是给住店客人带来健康隐患。
此外，check in的时候完全不识别会员等级，房间没有升级，也没有介绍酒店facility，办理入住体验与一般如家一类酒店没有分别。
如果我是第一次入住华邑，可能看不出区别，但之前住过昆明华邑，南昌华邑，同比服务差距巨大。
酒店彩丰楼中餐，簋火锅品质都非常出色，簋火锅的Anthony Liu经理服务意识强，给客人宾至如归的感受，非常值得表扬！
早餐品种比较丰盛，还能吃到北京特色煎饼，卤煮，豆腐脑。
健身中心器材都是life fitness的，游泳池是25米的，水质干净。
