Overall my stay was good. I want to say thank you to Jojo Briones Alcantara he was very helpful when I tried to sing up to IHG Membership program, as well he always asked how is my stay, and tried to help as he can if something was needed. Thanks to him during my stay I didn’t have any issues.

Nancy and JoJo are two of the most amazing people. They are always so helpful. They have amazing smiles and are delightful. It was a pleasure to stay there and meet them. Also, patty and the cleaning staff are excellent. They are always willing to help.

This has to be the greatest stay of all time. JoJo and Nancy are the best people. They work the second shift and are always friendly and looking to help. Patty the house cleaning lady is extremely sweet and does a great job with cleaning the rooms.

As a Diamond elite member I’m used to being welcomed as such and at least getting a warm welcome. The manager on duty was unfriendly and when I asked questions because they were having problems checking me in, she would say “wait a minute sir”. I found this rude and unprofessional. Her co worker was obviously very intimidated by the manager and would hardly speak. I won’t be staying here again. Sad too, Because places to stay in the base are limited.
