非常差的一次体验

没有白金会员相应的迎宾水果小食，这是在我住过这么多洲际酒店的首次。我甚至电话前台特意问了下，后续还是被遗忘了。

最大的亮点

1，会员感知为0，作为钻石会员和大使会员，感受不到权益和服务，是最近十年住过的最差洲际品牌酒店。
2，入住无指引，一切全靠自我探索。客房疑似毫无升级，夜晚入住时app都看不到有提供升级。这也是最近十年洲际品牌入住的唯一一次体验。
3，服务人员的业余水准和恶劣素质，带同儿童入住，早餐女性服务人员一路如同追债索要儿童餐费，告知是办理时已经告知免费之后，该员工如同被人颜辱，冷眼冷面规避，见面也故意转头装看不见。我不知道做错了什么。服务人员的业务品质和个人修养都分外低下离谱。不适合在酒店行业工作，更适合去要债公司当打手。
4，整体氛围感极差，门外迎宾懒惰如月巴，从不帮忙客户开车门、拎行李，但装模作样像是忙前忙后的样子，真不知道工作内容是什么。门内迎宾则一脸尸笑，从不和客户打招呼。住客也没必要敷衍你，但对客户挂着尸笑做招呼的样子，客户靠近又转头装死，这种钓鱼交际是犯jian还是无聊？
5，早餐品质极差，品种少，食材不新鲜，水果都是次品。不细说，用过的都知道。
6，酒廊品质很好，可以说小而精，还提供冰淇淋，很棒。但是服务感觉极差，在已经和酒廊人员说好儿童使用付费并请挂账的情况下，我们用餐时多次滋扰告知收费并要求当场签单，破坏用餐氛围。总之，该酒店所有餐饮服务人员只适合去要债公司当打手，不适合出现在服务行业。
7，以上的一切都让我认识到该酒店是个服务荒漠。但亮点也有，要说一下，11层马性男服务人员，细心体贴，在我额外要两瓶水后，次日特地多备了两瓶，并给小朋友送了礼物。感谢马先生，这是我愿意浪费时间给酒店点评的唯一原因。希望马先生能就职优质酒店，不要被这些月巴队友拖累。

Classy, serene, convenient and Friendly Fun!

I haven’t stayed at this hotel since 2017 so was unsure of what to expect, especially considering China just opening coming out of COVID. Well, they went above and beyond! 😊 The hotel is located directly across from Olympic Park and close to shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions and the PEK airport so very convenient. Im a Diamond Ambassador, so have been to properties all over the world and this property is terrific! They welcomed me warmly and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. After freshening up in my room I headed down to the club lounge for a quick coffee and some snacks. There’s tons of comfortable seating in a relaxing environment and the staff were quick to welcome us and get us settled in with refreshments. My coworker wanted to go shopping so we asked the Club Staff where to go. Massie, Lina and Deborah were super friendly and knowledgeable and sent us to the Taikoo Li Sanlitun shopping district. It was exactly what we were looking for and we found some original pieces and enjoyed lunch there as well at Urban Kitchen. When we got back, Happy hour had just started in the Club Lounge and Massie, Lina and Deborah really took great care of us, bringing tasty cocktails and some delicious food. They even shared some delicious Chinese treats that they enjoyed as children which was super sweet and special! Once again we asked for recommendations for somewhere a little more traditional for shopping and they recommended Pan Jia Yuan Antique Market. We were also considering going to The Great Wall the following day and they had excellent advice for getting there, time of day and getting back. We ended up going to Pan Jia Yuan Antique Market that night which was super cool with excellent variety of Chinese antiquities. we had a great night’s rest that evening and woke up energized and ready for the day. Breakfast was terrific with a vast selection of Chinese and international cuisine to suit any palate. The next day we headed to BaDaLing and did the wall. During happy hour we inquired about some good restaurants in walking distance and once again Massie, Lina and Deborah delivered great advice. We had one of our best meals of the trip at the mall in Olympic Park and headed home after Karaoke in the square. I can’t thank them enough for such great hospitality and recommendations. Hopefully next time we’ll get to stay longer!

Will not stay again

Stayed here two nights recently as diamond ambassador. Upon checking in, received a room with poor view, went back to front desk and was told they’re fully booked (plenty of rooms for sale on the app), asked if I could pay for an upgrade and another room magically became available. No welcome drink or welcome gift in the room, no mention of the ambassador food and drink credit at check in.

Breakfast was a mad house, food running out. I got food poisoning from breakfast on the second day. Room is too hot so slept poorly. Will not stay again.

值得再来。

位置优越，邻近奥林匹克公园，晚上散步或者晨跑的好地方。

房间宽敞，设施完备，配备了软硬程度不同的枕头，酒店的细心程度可见一斑。

由于时间问题，没有去餐厅，也没有去体验健身房。不知道是否有游泳池？ 下次一定抽空看看。
