Afterwards, lose yourself amidst the mounds of silks, cottons and embroidered fabrics at the traditional Dubai Textile Souk or visit the famous Gold Souk for quality jewelry at the best price.

Make your way to iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest structure in the world. Make sure you have pre-booked tickets though the concierge for the At The Top observatory, where an outdoor deck offers jaw-dropping panoramas of the city below. Enjoy adrenaline-fuelled family fun at Wild Wadi Water Park. With more than 30 rides, there’s something for everyone. Head to Zabeel park and marvel at the world's largest frame, The Dubai Frame. Before the sunsets, visit the picturesque heritage, Bastakia Quarter in Bur Dubai and experience the historic district with an abra ride.

Malam

After refuelling on French pastries at Choix Patisserie, ask the concierge to book your evening's entertainment. Opt for a dhow cruise along the sparkling waterways of Dubai Creek, or experience true wilderness with a Platinum Heritage night safari. Discover nocturnal desert wildlife, memorise the constellations during a private astronomy session, then sit down to dinner in the dunes. Upon returning to the hotel, add a final touch of magic to your day with cocktails at the Vista Bar and Terrace or at Pierre's Bistro & Bar

Sunglasses
Dubai has very little annual rainfall, with bright sunny days almost all year round. Perfect for alfresco dining, but do make sure you bring a good pair of sunglasses.

If you are planning to explore the mega-malls and souks, make sure you pack your walking shoes.
