My husband and I stayed at the your wonderful hotel for my husbands birthday. I was so pleased with the chocolates and happy birthday message left in our room it really made my day. Pablo on the bar was fun and friendly and professional. Jose on breakfast was witty and kind and knowledgeable. We loved the spa experience too. Everything was above expectations thank you to all the staff that made us feel so welcome x

Favorite hotel

We loved this hotel, from the beautiful room/bathroom to the delicious food&beverage. The marble bath with a soaker tub was perfect. Bartender David was very friendly and knowledgeable, giving us great recommendations on whiskey and making us a delicious dessert cocktail.
The breakfast scones with raspberry jam were so yummy! Enjoyed the afternoon tea experience with excellent food offerings.
We considered this our home away from home for several days. Can’t wait to visit again!

We expected a welcome and help with luggage - no welcome, no recognition and no assistance with luggage.

We were received with no welcome, as we would expect being an ambassador,

Room was very disappointing - missing a couch and was an over all let down considering what we experienced the year before and what I asked for upon reservation.

Had food in the lobby which was awful. We will not be staying there again even though we will opt for a 5 star in Dublin as we find this IHG substandard

Beautiful Hotel just Overpriced/terrible bed

We couldn’t sleep the entire time we were there. It was like sleeping on a brick. They did come and add a topper but it helped maybe 5% and told us they never had that complaint before (there’s no way!), the other 2 IHG hotels we stayed at prior
And after had wonderful beds and they weren’t supposed 5 star. For the price of a stay I’d think they’d replace mattresses at least every decade. We were also charged for a soda that was not taken. It was still in the room. We had to move the mini bar around so we could refrigerate our personal items and they assumed we drank it. They did refund us but it was weird bc it was a mini fridge stock full over stuff, how’d they expect us to use it without moving their items? Other than that it was in a decent part of Dublin, the staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was gorgeous besides the terrible mattress 😊
Only reason I’m not recommending this hotel is because good sleep is everything, especially at that price point!

Great hotel, great location

Welcomed by concierge and checked in by Orlinsa. Orlinsa was welcoming, professional and friendly. Our room was stunning, spacious, light and sophisticated. Very quiet and relaxing considering Dublin is a vibrant city. Short walk for all means of transport. Hotel was spotless and attractively designed. Breakfast had a vast choice and all well presented. Jackie was accommodating and ensured our experience was enjoyed. Our dining experience was made memorable with exceptional service from Akshay who was not only attentive but extremely interactive and made our stay very memorable.
Gary on reception have great suggestions on places to visit. We went to most that was suggested.
Will definitely return given the amazing guest service.

Extremely disappointed

Despite a dinner reservation we were left standing at the bar for an hour waiting for a table. Not enough space or staff to deal with numbers in the restaurant. Plenty of apologies but nothing done to resolve issues, very poor for the rates charged

Restful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental.
The bed is the most comfortable bed ever! I had such a restful night.
I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and as always so impressed by the level of customer service in the restaurant . It is second to none. Looking forward to my next stay.
