Do not stay anywhere else!!! I am treated like family, a home away from home. The staff remarkably astounded me. They know my name, why I am in the city. Even the night time staff in the early hours of the morning were attentive, alert and extremely accommodating as I am a very early riser. You will find no where in the world and I do travel, that will treat you so well. I wish they had a higher rating than ten as they deserve the highest accolades.
Kudos to whoever is responsible for putting together such a great team. My hat is off to you. Traveling on business is tedious, but staying with you is one of the highlights I look forward to and I am so thankful that the Albuquerque team is now part of my family.

We had two couples share a two bedroom suite. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff very accommodating. Breakfast and social hour food was top notch. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and everything worked well.
The shuttle service was very efficient and the drivers were courteous and helpful.

A perfect place to stay for the Balloon Fiesta. The commute from this property to Balloon Fiesta Park might be the easiest in the city (even within walking distance). We were able to see a great deal of the balloons from our window (and the fireworks at night!). The property is clean and well cared for and the staff were very friendly.
