We are currently on our 3rd stay in the last month and have one more planned and each time we stay it genuinely feels like our home away from home. From start to finish—booking, checking in, the room, social hour/breakfast, check out, etc has been flawless. Each individual we have interacted with has been so helpful, warm and welcoming. We are staying so I can complete my treatment at one of the local hospitals and with the hotel honoring a designated rate it has made a stressful situation a bit more pleasant to handle. We cannot rave enough about how great our experience has been each time we’ve been here.

Theresa should be given a raise! She is a saint. She truly knows what fantastic customer service is and being a team player. I feel that a lot of places forgot what that is but providing great customer service goes a long way. Some of my party said the bed was too soft for them but overall it was a great stay. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 suites booked. Theresa even called to make sure that the booking was correct and got our rooms as close together as possible.

We stayed here last week for three nights. First let me just say, the free breakfast at this hotel is the best we have had. We were in a king studio suite on the 6th floor. The room was mostly clean and the floor was super quiet. You can walk to restaurants and it’s a quick drive to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The hotel also had fresh baked cookies each afternoon at the front desk. Every hotel employee we talked to was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here and will return if in the area again!
Dirty Pool & Noisy Bathroom Vent

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom vent was very noisy. Couldn’t sleep all night. Informed Front desk at Checkout they said we can’t do anything about it.
Nobody mentioned it was cash less hotel and had to pay over due to conversion and forex rate.
Pool was very dirty. My kids were not happy that they couldn’t use the pool.
Bathroom was not well done. Mould on sides. Was given accessible and connecting room and wasn’t told. Not too happy with the stay.

Theresa, hotel manager and her team are beyond accommodating. I stay at this property for work at least 15-20 times a year because of the excellent service and feeling like I’m “home away from home.” The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated for the holidays.
I am greeted by name every time when interacting with staff.
Lastly, Erin who often leads social hour/reception takes great pride in serving up quality and tasty food that is included with your stay. Thank you to the entire team for always making me feel welcome.

I checked in on the 10/5/23, the desk agent working the 3 to 11 shift was so welcoming, so polite, and very attentive to my needs. I was in town for a funeral and the desk agent made sure to make my stay comfortable. They agent went above and beyond to accommodate my stay when it had to be extended last minute. The night agent that worked the morning of 10/9/23 was amazing as well. I apologize for forgetting names. You guys are amazing!!!!! Will stay again!

This was my first time staying at Staybridge and it certainly won’t be my last!
The staff were incredible, courteous, friendly and welcoming, especially Theresa at the front desk.
The rooms are spacious and the breakfast had a large variety.
The overall atmosphere was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. It felt like “home”!
Charged and Discriminated Against for Medical Issues

I thought my stay was great... Until I looked at my checking account. I wasn't charged just the 100.00 incidental fee, but there was a second charge, an additional 250.00 totaling 350.00. I called and asked why I was charged so much and when speaking with someone I believed to be management, they told me I wouldn't be getting the 100.00 incidental fee back because they have proof I burned candles. I apologized and said I was never warned in the past, it was my birthday, we only stay here on special occasions (very often actually) and we have made comments to staff about "burning candles to set the mood" and never once was I warned.
I understood I was in the wrong and had no problem paying the 100.00 fee and never letting the problem reoccur. I then asked why I was charged 250.00 and she told me because she found "unburned" blunt shavings and crumbs of "unburned" marijuana, that "we must have been smoking in the room". That is discrimination! I have a medical condition, and a medical card that allows me to have possession but I am being fined 250.00 for what they found in my garbage. You can find me on camera AFTER checking in, after bringing everything upstairs, I went outside to smoke. Again, you will see me after checking out, in the parking lot, smoking.
I had respect for this establishment but after being charged 350.00 for some UNBURNED findings in the garbage due to my medical condition, something I respectfully took outside the establishment, but being told by their manager "it doesn't matter" as an IHG member, I will never return. This is undeniably disgraceful for a business to do.
