Usually stay in hiltons and marriotts but I stayed here since I was sharing a car with a coworker. This hotel was clean, a great value, and the food was great. I miss the social hours that used to be popular at other brands extended stays. It is nice to see someone do this 3 times a week instead of once a week if you are lucky. I was glad to see the room cleaned every day. Other brands you have to request as they are still running on Covid policies. If I return to Austin I plan to stay here again. Very happy and impressed.

Nice property , bed was a little stiff for my liking. Night shift guy wasn’t very helpful and bothered I asked for an extra laundry bag for my daughters wet swimsuit . I understand that’s not a big deal but his attitude towards guests needs to be altered, and no I did not recieve an extra laundry bag or even a small trash bag I suppose it was a hassle for him to find one. The morning shift that did check out was very nice and professional .

Have stayed at this location more than once. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beyond comfortable and homelike. They also have social hours with complementary food/ drinks. Will continue to select this property when in the area.
Horrible Customer service.

My Husband is a franchise performance support manager for IHG and we stay in IHG brands around the world however, I travelled alone for a business trip and it was by far not the best. I called down to the front desk and ask the young man at front desk was my IHG one rewards implemented in my reservation, he informed me that he couldn’t notify me of those things which was odd and off to me. Which I tried to inform him. He then became very disgruntled with me and his tone definitely changed. I had my husband to call in which his posture remained the same while on the phone with my husband. My husband asked to speak with a manager or another rep which he was and they informed him they would reward me points for my stay which have still yet to be done.

I have been going to this location for months due to work and became familiar with some 2 staff members, Rachel and Chelsea. Every time I arrive it's usually one of them who ends up greeting me and making me feel welcomed each and every stay. Both Rachel and Chelsea have shown the utmost hospitality towards me with each stay. I rarely run into any issues whenever I stay over but this last time Chelsea noticed something was incorrect via payment with this last visit and quickly took care of the problem at hand by informing of the mistake that took place and telling me to keep an eye on my end incase the issue was not resolved in a proper manner. In the end this minor mistake was taken care of quickly thanks to Chelsea noticing it immediately. You have fantastic staff members in both Rachel and Chelsea and glad to arrive back at the hotel to be greeted by either of them!
Don’t support the top that abuse their power and staff.

The problem is at the top as they are dishonest and mistreat the rest. While the hotel is in a rough area with a lot of homeless, that is not an issue for me. Chris Henry will lie to take advantage of you and Waseem Khan supports her lies. Just hope you never have an issue as they are only out for themselves and run over everyone else. I am very disappointed in how they treat their staff. Chris will make it clear she feels she is better than others and sees no issue mistreating those lesser than herself.

We stayed for the Formula 1 and requested the room to be cleaned and to have fresh towels.
That was not done .
After speaking to Princess Leah and her attention to detail and awesome customer service we felt this establishment deserved a five star rating.
Keep up the wonderful work - see you for the next race at COTA.

The hotel double charged our card after we paid through a third party. Refunded to a card we don’t have. Then charged us a third time. The owner is the so rude. Completely unapologetic for taking someone’s money and putting their account down over six hundred without resolution for almost a month. The glitch is ultimately the client’s fault. The owner failed to grasp that nearly a grand has came out of our bank account for a 2 nights stay at his hotel. Terrible attitude!!!
