Room was very late as we awaited to prep for a wedding. Tub was clogged so it filled up with each shower.
I was not acknowledged as rewards guest.

The hotel location was good, the staff members Jessie and Quana was the best ever. Because of them we will return to that location in Benton Harbor.
The televisions were not working. The maintenance man came on the day we checked out to repair the television . Of course, they do not empty trash or replace towels when you set the dirty towels in the basket. You definitely have to go to the service desk for replacement towels.
Unfortunately, we will not return

My family and I stayed on the 4th of July and I was very disappointed with how it worked out. After returning to the hotel after fireworks, we had a tired group. The pullout bed/couch had no bedding in the room and after searching the room, we went to the front desk. The employee said “oh sorry, we are low on stuff.” She then proceeded to hand me one sheet and indicated it was all she had. My 13 year old son tried his luck also and returned empty handed. Sleeping with one blanket and two sheets between 2 beds was less than ideal for our family. The morning breakfast was also an utter disaster. Cereal with no milk available, lack of cleanliness upkeep, etc. Very disappointing

Our hotel room did not have working air conditioning and we spoke with the front desk. They ensured us that the maintenance team would work on it and get it fixed. The front desk staff was extremely rude and laughing at our situation. We ended up having to find a different place to stay because the room was so hot and uncomfortable. We are trying to process a full refund for the room and they will not give us a refund.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful! Shaynia (don’t hold me to the spelling) is always amazing when I check in! All of the staff are wonderful and that’s why I keep coming back.The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is great!

I’m never disappointed with my stays. The front desk is always helpful and pleasant, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the free breakfast is great!

I requested make my bed everyday, because I go out for work and I like found the bed clean every night but any day take in consideration my request.
I request every morning but like If I spoke with the wall.
About the social night, I was in others Staybridge and there are beer and wine, but here is not.
Also the breakfast is not like other, with most fruits and pancakes and different kind of food right there. Absolutely need to improve. I recommended to one colleague, but after no body makes the clean in his room he change to Hilton.

From start to finish our 4 day was was wonderful. Jackie (front of the house manager) and Monique (house keeping manager) were phenomenal. The free breakfast and laundry are such a nice perk and the happy hour snacks are an awesome added bonus. We spent time in the courtyard playing cards and also in the inside area playing games as well. This is our 4th year staying and the best experience by far (never a bad one, but this one/staff, has been the best) highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay amazing. I would stay here over and over. I’m a frequent traveler (with kids!) and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
Amazing staff. Great/clean hotel. 10 out of 10.

This hotel is in excellent condition. The room was in great shape, very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were always professional and helpful. It was a quick check-in. Great breakfast (loved the variety), they also have social in the evening. Perfectly located. Hope to be back soon.

The staff was excellent very professional with everything we needed.clean rooms and a quiet place to get away.manager John was very helpful to all guess.I would stay here every time away from home.I would highly recommend this place for a get away or family stay
