The staff at the front desk were exceptional, always happy and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the full kitchen was great allowing different options over fast food. Anytime I am back in the area this will be my go to choice.

We stayed there. Jody is fabulous we come back anytime we possibly could we were there and work I would recommend this hotel to anyone the best in the area.
No maid service

This was a lovely new Staybridge hotel, our only disappointment was there was absolutely no maid service. Breakfast was not great!! compared to other Staybridge’s that we have stayed in. Every day. I had to empty my garbage multiple times I would tie them up, put them in the hallway along with my used towels. It would sit there for days before someone would take them away, but never saw a maid. Other guests were doing the same thing so our hallway was always littered with garbage bags and wet towels. Had to run down to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags every day. I understand the shortage of reliable help, and I sympathize with that, but when I pay $1100.00 for a 3 night stay in a hotel, I don’t expect to do my own housekeeping chores. Not sure if we would stay here again but it certainly was a beautiful hotel and it’s a shame they don’t have the staff to acccomadate a more pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed here twice and loved it. Happy hour and breakfast are wonderful. Rooms are clean and spacious, and loving having access to a kitchen right there in my room.

Our room was great. We had a wonderful time. We will come back real soon. Jody at the office and the whole staff is fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone best hotel in Carson City Nevada Reno area.

My room the microwave and stove were both not working. I called front desk and was told they were broken and I would get a new room.
Well that never happened I didn’t get a new room or microwave. Witch is upsetting because the kitchen is one of the main reasons I picked hotel .
Also hot water was not working

We were there on business for a few months the staff is phenomenal the management is wonderful the food at the night brunch is great always a lot of different things the rooms are so clean and nice the pool on the fire pit is so comfortable all the barbecue grills are kept immaculate I just can’t say enough about this hotel we stayed in a lot of hotels with our business but this is far the best hotel we have ever stay there I would suggest it to anyone

I had stayed here for two weeks this month for work originally supposed to be a one week trip but got extended due to work demand but I’m glad it all worked out because the staff is just beyond excellent on how they would treat you. Like they always took the time to greet me and see how I am doing. Jody was amazing as she was very attentive and accommodating and made me feel at home and helped a lot when I needed anything. I wish I got to know the other staffs names but they were also very helpful and hard working. I’ve stayed everywhere in the world for work and was dreading to go here cause I thought I’d be in the middle of nowhere but this experience of being treated well made those two weeks feel at home. And also Lake Tahoe is only 30 mins away !!! Would definitely love to stay here again for work or for personal!!!
