Inconvenient and Rude!

As a former Front Office Manager of another extended stay hotel I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review of a property. I understand things happen but this was over the top! The rooms are equipped with air conditioning that drip into the bath tubs. My husband whom is a HVAC technician noticed steady streams of water escaping from the screws holding the panel up! The ceiling was sagging from the amount of water trapped above the bathroom! When we reported it to the front desk Tiffany helped us and was the best thing of our stay! She phoned her manager and was able to move us to another room. I really expected a phone call or something from the manager Monday for our move. Nothing. We were made to feel like it was our fault! Second day my husband and I got down to enjoy hot tub at 9 when it opens. As soon as we go to dip a foot in we are accosted by a maintenance man? He had just poured chemicals into the hot tub and no one had posted anything anywhere about the pool area being closed! The front desk was not even aware. If he’d been ten more minutes one of us could have been severely affected. Lastly…omg the rats. I’ve never seen anything like this! They were everywhere in the parking lot. I’d say at least 100! Very disgusting! Loved the location but never will I stay here again!

This hotel would be alright for 1 night stays. Last that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anything else. When and if housekeeping would come into my room, they wouldn’t do anything but take my towel I had hanging up and not replace it. I personally see no issue in reusing towels so that’s why I hang them up. But housekeeping would come in take that towel, and then not replace it. So I stopped letting them into my room. And for the Staybridge specific socials they host, to put it bluntly out of all the Staybridges I’ve been to this one has the worst social. Food is soggy and bad, beer is hot and flat. Overall not very good. The kitchen utensils were all old and worn out, some of the stuff wasn’t even clean. The energy system is a joke, turning in the a/c off in the middle of the night so I would wake up because it had gotten hot. About the only thing that was nice about this hotel was the front desk people were quick and easy to understand.

Disappointing experience overall. The property lacked the cleanliness I experienced at other IHG hotels. Large bags of trash sat by the elevator throughout our stay. There were rats in the parking lot. I was also charged more for my stay than what was quoted when booked through the app.
Do not recommend!

As a IHG employee I always enjoy this property until I had bad experiences with what happen. After working 11 hours at my own property I come back to this property to relax and get ready for the next day of work. Come to find out management had the water off because of weather conditions not sure why it was only this day it was turn off because days prior the weather conditions were worse and below freezing temperaure. I was very disappointed in this decision because not only was I extremely tired from working all day so I was not able to shower or use the bathroom because there was no water in the hotel. I check out early the next morning because I had to be to work doing the same as I do at every hotle I left the room in good shape and leaving the house attendant a tip for their work and purposely leaving a charger behind. After work that day I called back to the property to say I had left a charger behind and knowing I had left it the associate on the phone put me on hold and was checking for the charger I left behind, she came back on the phone to tell me no charger was found. This is why I always leave something behind to check the honesty and integrity of the property. Not only does management make poor decisions but are dishonest and thieves for keeping personal property left by guest.

My two week stay at the Staybridge was overall a pleasant experience. The two young ladies who checked me in were courteous and very helpful in getting me to my room as soon as possible.
Several other employees need to be recognized for their outstanding service: Jhon, who carried my bags to my room, greeted me every morning at the breakfast bar and was one of the friendliest and helpful staff members that I have encountered in a long time.
Mario was also kind and helpful. Greeting a guest each morning goes a long way for me. Mario always made sure that the pool was clean for the guests, and was helpful in finding my misplaced glasses. A true gentleman.
The breakfast bar offerings were okay. It would have been nice during my 14 days to see a little variety. They added bacon on Sundays. I did not attend the happy hour gatherings.
The cleaning crew did a good job. My room had some mechanical issues which were addressed right away. Overall, a pleasant stay.

As a full time traveler I stay in many hotels, sometimes for extended periods of time. My stay at this hotel was how I hope my hotel stays to be but am usually disappointed. The hotel was nice, staff were extremely accommodating, the outdoor rec area with pool and hot tub was nice and clean. The social hour during the week was a nice added bonus and the breakfast was always very pleasant.
Will stay when in the area again and will try to limit my future hotel stays to only Staybridges when possible.

Everything was fine except we stayed for 9 nights and never got our room fully cleaned. After day 4 they stopped taking our garbage and giving us clean towels, tp etc. Housekeeping staff was great not sure who told them to stop coming to our room. We had to go to the front and ask for stuff everyday. I was told to leave garbage and towels in the hallway- which looks really bad. The girl at the front desk was rude- second time I dealt with her after check in- looked like she hates her job both times. The other employees were very nice. Free laundry was a plus and breakfast was ok.

I would have given a five star review for staffing service, but when I checked in, I stood and waited for at least 10 minutes because there was only one person at the front. That person had made a comment to the guest they were checking in that they were sold out. If you’re sold out, why aren’t you better staffed? Should have two people checking in at 5:30pm on a Saturday.

This location of Stay Bridge is the worst in Denver! Never have I been treated so badly. Rude and un considerate staff. They have the attitude of they couldn’t care less. A mix up in billing caused them to call the sheriff on me! I am a senior and I was directed to get out at 8:30 pm with no where to go! There was no reasoning with them. I had to leave $200 of just purchased groceries behind because I couldn’t fit them in my small car with all my other belongings. PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!
