This was my first time staying here, but definitely not my last!
The room is so spacious and clean, the only thing I didn’t have was sugar for my coffee but it was no big deal.
Abby was so friendly at front desk, I enjoyed my conversation with her and another lady (who’s name I didn’t catch)
Thanks so much for an amazing stay. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Stayed there 4/14 to 4/27. Checked out on 4/26. Knew I would be charged for 13 nights. Handed room key to clerk and received folio next day with correct charges on it. Hotel then charged me for two extra nights. 3 or 4 days later hotel charged me for 4 extra nights. Wasn’t even in the state. . Was told I would be reimbursed for the 6 nights. Hotel only reimbursed me for 5 and won’t budge. Don’t stay here. Cooking the books. Hold on to your wallet.

My family and I stayed at this location for almost 2 weeks.
Overall experience with the place is ok, the hotel is appeared new and modernized. However the customer is poor and when it comes breakfast and social time they offered vey small options.

After checking into the hotel, we were placed in room 516 my husband was allowed to sign a pet agreement form and was also allowed to pay a pet deposit fee of $200 not 10 minutes after we were in the room as my husband is still unloading luggage from the trunk of our vehicle after a 5 Hour Dr. for reservations, we had weeks in advance we were told the room again we reserved weeks in advance. The room that we were already checked into was not going to be available to us due to us having our pet we would be happy to move to the first floor to a queen bed for a month.there are several issues with this. We should not have been allowed to check in our room that according to their nonexistent policy was not available to us due to us having a pet. After several hours of backing for with the front desk gentleman speaking to his manager Zaina on the phone we were placed in the only apparently king room on the first floor that was deemed appropriate for a pet. That rate room was $289 per night, my husband did not sign the rate room agreement for that night due to the fact that we had already been checked into a room of a rate of 169 it was not our fault that we were being moved. Therefore, he, nor myself see any reason we should have to be paying additional money for a room. They are making us be in. After checking into that room the next morning I was given a call and I went up to the front desk. The manager Zaina said to me that I had two options we could stay in the current room and pay the root rate of $289 per night for the next month and you could do the math that is absurd or we could check out once I explained her we were not the only people in our party there were I think 5 to 7 total would probably all check out together. She said she would speak to her general manager and see what could be done they gave me a call back within a half hour and let me know. Nothing could be done that we could either check out or pay the room room. I asked if a queen room was not available to us anymore I had been the night prior at this point exasperated was willing to just suck it up and stay in a small bed With my husband and our pet for the next 30 days she’s in proceeds to put us in a room immediately walking in the door. The room for kitchen was flooded from the refrigerator water all over the floor so I then move my sink for the fourth time into what I think is going to be Our room for the next month. I unpack go to the grocery store, get everything settled as I would normally do on one of our business trip, I think everything is fine the next morning get a phone call from Zana saying that due to my husband being unwilling to pay $289 for the one night we stayed in the king suite that they made us stay in That we were being asked to leave the hotel we had no option we had to leave. Now I did not mention to her at the time didn’t feel it to be pertinent but now looking back, I feel so incredibly stressed about this event which has caused me to be sick I do suffer for multiple sclerosis I no point that they offer to give me a hand moving my things they were, completely unprofessional unsympathetic and just really uncompassionate people highly suggest not staying at this hotel and most certainly do not try to stay at this hotel if you have a pet and you plan to stay any length of time and you require as in space to live. This was our worst experience in 20 years of staying in IHG hotels as Spire Elite / Diamond absolutely disrespectful and strongly recommend not booking this hotel Zania is an unprofessional rue manager.

Our family was having renovations done and we needed somewhere to stay with quick convenience.
Kemi and Nora especially helped in ways that we did not expect. They made sure our comfort and our children's comfort was a priority. They went above and beyond with the provided services to make sure our children never realized we were not home. Thank you so much to the Duluth staff of the Staybridge franchise. We will definitely recommend.

I really enjoy how this hotel is in great condition because me and my wife stayed here a few years ago. Great service comfortable bed and it is a clean hotel.

The stay was great. Staff friendly and the service was great. They treat you like family and they are helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
