Know the early checkout.

Unable to make changes on dates on app and the front desk. When asking for a m receipt, front desk was unable to provide me a copy. I was charge for another night even on early checkout. Customer service said there’s nothing they can do.

If you are interested or used to flawless billing staying here is a nightmare. They tell you they can't give you a bill receipt when you go to leave that you will have to get that from Holiday Inn, then when you go to Holiday Inn app you get a contact motel for billing. You've been warned!

Only hotel I’ve stayed in for years that doesn’t start check-in process until posted time; 4PM. Plan accordingly. They will tell you otherwise, but that is the situation. They like to have all the “excitement” of a Libby full of people trying to check-in. Better places in the area for less cost and more accommodating. Beds are old and rock hard.

We are normally big fans of the IHG properties but this stay was horrible to say the least. The room and dishes were dirty. On top of that, they showed the waterpark on their website and when we got there, it was at a different property. Not only do you have to drive to the separate hotel that has the waterpark but they wanted around $20 per person per day to use the waterpark, ridiculous! Their website was extremely misleading to say the least. Then we decided to cancel the 3rd night that we had scheduled. No one at the property could help us and referred us to IHG. Then after calling IHG, they told us to call the resort. We were led in a giant circle many times as there isnt an IHG representative onsite at all. Then we were finally told that they cancelled the night and a month later they billed my credit card for an additional night. Very poor customer service and communication through IHG. The good thing is that we have only experienced these issues at this property. I would avoid this property at all costs. This was the worst vacation we have had in a long time then now I am STILL having to waste my time disputing and following up with IHG so they can fix their own internal issues.

I was getting married and I booked the room using my points. The staff was very helpful and patient with us. There was some confusion with our rooms checking in, and my reservation's name had been changed due to a system error, and Matisen and Justina were very patient with myself and with my very stressed mother (there was a manager who helped too but I never caught her name). The resort itself was beautiful and the rooms were much bigger than I expected. We had a living room and kitchen!

I would definitely be staying at this resort next time I come to Lake Geneva. I love the fact that I have an option to cook meals instead of eating out. The room was nice, cozy and clean.

Excellent service, value and accommodations. I have stayed at the Lake Geneva location on numerous occasions and have been extremely impressed of the facility.

Rooms very spacious, clean, and accommodating. ALL the employees I had the pleasure to meet were most helpful.

Good area for vacation with helpful workers
we had a restful and enjoyable time, This was our
6th stay here with no problems including a party
for our 50 anniversary.
We would recommend the resort, but eh area
as well for a very good experrance.
Beds in the front room

I thought it was strange to have a bed in the room as soon as we walked into the room. It turns out when that is done you can hear every noise tht goes on in the parking lot. We had extremely noisy people that were up until 2am screaming and shouting. When I asked about it in the morning I was told only the deluxe rooms have beds in the back room- really????? That is terrible you have to pay more money to get a good nights sleep, that is sad. Otherwise the resort is great.
