Decided to visit the city on an impromptu first time trip! Stumbled across this location via ihg app. Read reviews and took a chance, so happy we did! Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond welcoming us and answering all our questions regarding the city, especially transportation and navigating. The restaurant/bar staff were so helpful and nice! Food and drinks were great and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing, what we needed after a long day of sight seeing, etc. Thank you to the awesome bartender at the hotel that suggested Citymapper app, we were able to conquer the train & city with ease!!
The rooms were bigger than we thought, comfortable and clean! We had adjoining rooms in a quiet little section on floor 21! Loved the whole concept of this location! Parking garage that is valet is right across the street, the workers there were amazing. We loved the location, walking distance to so many great places we wanted to visit.
We were traveling mother and daughters and always felt safe. Grandparents came too :)

The location is walking distance to Times Square, Madison Square Garden and the Subway. Sheila who works the front desk very knowledgeable of transportation and she gives excellent directions. Follow her direction’s you will get to where you want to go. This property is clean, comfortable and convenient. Great service from the entire staff, very accommodating, including the restaurant staff. Thanks Even I will stay again.
2022 top - 2023 a desaster

It was my 2nd stay at EVEN - Times Square South. In 2022 everything was perfect, clean room, good service, everything top.
Unfortunately in 2023 it was completely different and much worse:
The room was not clean, the bathroom shelves were dusty and not cleaned, the shower gel was empty and not refilled, the table legs were greasy from spilled drinks. Particularly annoying was that I had reported all deficiencies to the service desk after the 1st night, but also in the following 2 nights nothing got better. After complaining again upon departure, the manager then apologized.
As a Diamond Elite guest, I can no longer recommend the hotel!

got the bill after i left the hotel and was a lot of expenses that i was not expecting. i paid in advance for hotel and facility charges and other taxes were added which was not explained or made aware of.

Amazing staff and property! Everything was clean, well maintained and a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Perfect location, the room was nice. The only negative aspect was the restaurant, bad service, bad food, overpriced.

I am a front office manager for another IHG property and I was really impressed with your staff. I don’t remember her name but hopefully you have a way to see who checked us in like we do with Opera. Either way, she was lovely and gave us a lot of great recommendations. Great location and clean at all times. All around great experience! Thank you very much.

Clean, good smell, comfortable beds, great environment, front desk staff awesome, healthy food. I really can’t complain. I widely recommend this hotel.

The thing that stood out to me the most, was the front desk staff. They were great to deal with, and extremely helpful in navigating the area around the hotel.
90 and no AC

Called ahead to ask for two beds, only had one beds left for employee discount and nobody notified me before arrival. Room AC did not work the first night. It was hot and muggy. Didn’t get much sleep. Maintenance came and had us turn up the heat to “fix” the frozen AC. Finally 2nd night front desk moved us rooms after no AC and 3 people in one bed.

I had a really nice stay at the Even hotels. Everything was clean and cozy! Such a great experience will definitely recommend and stay again.
