As always my family enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere is always clean, bright and friendly. The breakfast and staff are amazing and they just love coming to the area to visit.

I picked this hotel for my coworkers and I to stay at while working at a
the Volvo plant in the area. I picked it because of my loyalty with IHG and my preference of Staybridge Suites. It has been a real disappointment. When I checked in for my first 22 night stay I was given a small first floor room the faced the expressway. I spent 1 night in that room before the moved me to another small room that was much quieter. I recently checked in again for a 16 night stay and was put in another small room that faces the expressway. I spend most of my time here with noise canceling headphones on. My coworkers that show up on the weekends are getting the bigger rooms in the quiet part of hotel.
The hotel does get rowdy on the weekends. My employer books and pays for my room or I would have checked out after first night. When my family comes down next month I will not have them staying here for their safety.

I left a pair of khakis at the hotel. When I called and asked about them no one found them. I told them what room I stayed in. No one ever returned any of my calls. I called one time and I was told they would check with housekeeping but I never received a call back. I called again and I was told they would check on it and give me a return call the next day. Still no return call. Customer service isn't one of your good straits. Unsatisfied guest

Just got back from staying here for 3 nights and spending over $500. What a nightmare! First after requesting 2x at the front desk for maid service...it never happened! Secondly there was a loud crowd out front partying which hotel puts benches outside front door which can enable this, then to turn around next day finding someone vomiting on sidewalk! Lastly this hotel is near a main road and highway and you can hear loud cars and trucks all nite long ugh! And breakfast sucks. Never again

I truly enjoyed my stay!. My husband and I really appreciated the attention that was given to make sure that the hotel was clean and always safe! The room was excellent, we slept well! Thank Youuuu Cicilla for your kindness, and making us feel at home while visiting from Minnesota! We will definitely be returning soon!

Enjoyed staying at Staybridge. It was very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and great location. Will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately we needed to stay at the Staybridge because of some severe weather in our area. After experiencing tornados the weekend before when we heard there was a chance of more we decided not to stay in our mobiles home. It was a stressful time added in top of an already stressful situation with the state of the world. The staff was very understanding and kind. Unfortunately I had to call down the the front desk several times because the people above us were very loud throughout the night. I don’t like being that person that complains but it was horrible like they were playing basketball. The front desk clerk was very understanding and at no time made me feel like I was bothering her even though I hated having to call.... I didn’t sleep very well but it was not because of the hotel but because of the banging. Next time I will request the top floor, I didn’t this time because of the threat of severe weather, but overall the hotel and staff were amazing.
