The team at this property truly embodies the IHG purpose of True Hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile from Andrea. The check-in experience was wonderful—thank you, Andrea! Each morning as I left for work, Simone and Allison welcomed me with bright smiles and cheerful greetings. Kecia was fantastic and very accommodating. Shay and Shelton at the bar were not just serving drinks; they were creating a memorable experience. Every conversation with the team felt genuine and heartfelt. And a special shout-out to the housekeeping team: even though I didn't interact with them directly, my room was always immaculate. Seeing the camaraderie among the housekeepers was heartwarming. The connections made with team here will never be forgotten! Kudos to this amazing team!

I’ve stayed at this particular hotel several times. It’s always super clean, super safe and responsible priced. In the past I’ve always received exceptional customer service. The service wasn’t necessarily poor this go around but it wasn’t as good as it normally is. At some point I felt somewhat like a burden to the staff. I called the day of my arrival to make a few changes and was placed on hold before being transferred to central reservations with out being informed prior to being transferred. The bar was closed the majority of my stay. There were some really nice bars and eateries relatively close by. There was an extremely nice woman who checked my bag in after check out so I could explore the area before flying out. I would have loved a 2pm check out since I’m a Gold member but I was only granted 12:30pm. Although someone still knocked to inform me check out was at 11:00am. The night auditor was really nice and mild mannered. Overall I’d return to this hotel anytime I’m in the area. Really nice place to stay. PS: The shower is top tier!

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Upon checking in, the front desk staff was so nice and so friendly. She was so quick to check us in no wait time at all. The room was amazing! So clean and so convenient for working out and doing yoga. Bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave! Cleanliness was 5/5. You guys did really well with this hotel!!!

This is hands down one of the best IHG hotels I ever stayed. My girlfriend and I had a sticky situation with a booking agent and the front desk attendant Andrea was patience and cordial with us. Andrea is one of the best front desk attendants we ever met and I recommend to talk to her for anything!
Great stay but Skyline View questionable

Ideal location easily accessible to many things and highways. Clean, clean, clean and comfortable. Worked from the room, desk, lighting, good and strong Wi-Fi. Paid extra for 2 queen beds, it was on the confirmation too, but was given a King. They eventually made it right.
Also paid extra for Skyline View and top floor, in town for business and my daughters 22nd birthday. The view was of the large construction site on the highway... and it was the 2nd to top floor. Skyline, you think of Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead... I could only see a few buildings across the highway.
You can pack /unpack in front of the hotel. The parking garage is not attached to building, just a short walk away, not so fun on rainy days. Overall, I would stay again, but would not up extra for the "Skyline View".

The stay was great, until my wife noticed that her dresses were taken from the closet. The front desk receptionist was very rude and was not willing to help. The housekeeping staff was not helpful at all. Please be aware of your belongings, when staying at this hotel.

I’m relocating to ATL and my apartment wasn’t ready so I had to book this hotel last minute. I normally stay at Holiday Inn express so this was a new find. It was up to date l, clean, and the staff was friendly. I loved the shower gel options. Will definitely book again.
There Are Better Nearby Options

The hotel was clean and nice. However, there are three main reasons I will not stay there again:
1. Parking is in a nearby garage structure and hotel guests have to park on the 5th and 6th floor of this structure near the hotel. Not convenient whatsoever!
2. My room view was an electrical substation - awful. Kept the blinds closed the entire time
3. Breakfast is "made to order" - quality and options were very good, but the service was awful. One person in the kitchen behind the window and one barely able to keep up with everyone ordering. Took 15+ minutes to get toast and a smoothie. Need to have a full restaurant, or have a continental breakfast/buffet, or staff accordingly to support the breakfast crowd. Not enjoyable sitting around and waiting for food with clients.
I have stayed at two other hotels very close by that I will go back to in the future. Thought I would try this one since it is new. Disappointed.

Professional staff, clean rooms, clean hotel, quiet and safe area, easy access to interstate.
Front desk employee Kecia, very professional, helpful and a joy to talk to. Kecia had a heartfelt concern of our well-being and our stay. All of the staff were exceptional. The parking garage is a walk about 100 yards from the hotel it's safe and quiet. I know people are in shock when they find out that they have to walk a few yards to their car but it's really not a problem. There is valet parking for $20. In the last year I think my wife and I have about 12 nights at this hotel and another family member has four or five nights here as well, always a pleasure. The room price has always been in the" best value" category.
