I enjoyed my stay at Even! I stayed 4 nights. The king beds are some of the most comfy I’ve slept in at a hotel. Larger than expected exercise space. Nice location to downtown, be aware you will have to walk about 15-20 minutes to get to old market. I noticed in other reviews people talking about the parking costs extra/ breakfast wasn’t included. This wasn’t an issue for me because I flew in without a car and just took Ubers when I needed to go far. Also the local food within walking distance or able to be UberEats’d is great. Omaha is a foodie town. I walked 2 blocks up the street and get coffee/pastries at zen coffee for breakfast. I personally didn’t mind the lack of these basic amenities and felt the low price of the room itself balanced it out. You can get the parking and breakfast included at other hotels in the area just prepare to pay extra rates for it. Thanks for a great stay!

I do not think I’ll be staying here again. One staff member was very rude when we asked to break some money for the washing machine. He rather just sit and watch the TV and they don’t tell you nothing about paying more on parking on the website so when you get there, don’t be surprised when you gotta pay $15 to park there so I don’t think I’ll be coming back because I’m not paying $15 a day just to park that seems pretty nuts. We’re already paying a lot for a hotel parking should be free..

This hotel room was so big and extremely comfortable. The beds were huge…I have never been to a hotel that the two beds were king size! There was a great amount of workout tools to help maintain my normal routine. I will definitely be back.
Good rooms they have bunkbeds the kids loved it!!!

This place was awesome the room had a workout part and had bunkbeds it was like a mini apartment it was a beautiful view and food was great and the front desk worker Abbie was amazing great job ur hotel should be happy to have u as a employee keep up the good work LOVED THIS Hotel!!!!!!

The room had so much street noise and a constant drone of the air conditioning system that I had to sleep with noise canceling AirPods. We were not told there would be no housekeeping when we checked in so we’re surprised to come home to full trash cans and dirty towels. I was hung up on after waiting to speak to the front desk (when away from the property) after waiting 15 minutes on hold. My son ordered breakfast on the kiosk, as instructed, paid by credit card, only to be told they weee closed and he’d have to go to the front desk to have them issue him a refund back to his card. Other than one very nice woman at the front desk, the staff was largely unfriendly.
On the positive side, the workout room was nice.

I recently stayed at the even in Omaha, I paid for a premium room which had other add ons like shuttle service etc,, Upon my arrive my room was downgraded, only 2 small towels in the room. I was still charged for the premium high room and the extras even though I was downgraded, also not to forget it came with a breakfast for two. when I called staff about it to see if it was available any longer they said “ no “ . then I proceeded to go down to the lobby to exit, and I see other customers serving themselves breakfast. So my room got downgraded and I didn’t get any of the things I paid for ! don’t reccomend, my colleagues also stayed there and they downgraded his room as well.

We had three emails for confirmation for two rooms with double beds and one room with a king. When we got there they only had one room with double bed and one room with a king. They only had one more king so we got it and they said they was a $100.00 up charge per night since it was booked in our block. We also had to go get another room at the Holiday Inn since there were not enough beds for us and not even a sofa in the king rooms. This weekend cost us $800.00 more than what we were expecting because they failed to have our room.

My son & I stayed at this location a few years back to visit Creighton and enjoyed the stay. He’s now a Creighton grad, and when I needed a hotel in Omaha before an early flight, I was excited to stay again. I travel quite a bit, primarily business-related, and my expectations are reasonable. However, cleanliness is a non-negotiable. I hope management will get the hotel back in shape.

Hotel charged wrong credit card. I am a CLC customer and CC for incidentals was charged leading to a higher rate than what it should have been. Now I have to do all the leg work to get it corrected and updated to meet my company requirements. Front desk staff on 11/27 at 1400 hrs was unprofessional. Will not stay here again due to staff and incorrect billing.

We stayed for one night at Even hotel. It is a decent hotel for the price. Nice rooms, clean, comfortable. The wellness theme is really neat and there was a nice pool. There is a food court option where you order through a computer and pick it up at a window, it is average but spendy. Parking was convenient but $15 a night. All in all the actual hotel was great. The staff had zero customer service skills. I was told to wait when I got there and not in a friendly way. Then the entire check in and check out there was zero friendliness. Then I accidently left items behind (yes my fault) but I have been trying to get them back and no one will take my call or help one person even left me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me.

While booking my upcoming reservation online , I was not able to find the room I was needing . I had the phone operator call the hotel to ask for the type of room I needed. I stay at this hotel often and I was hoping the front desk attendant would remember me which he did !
Skylar updated my room and was so good to work with. He knows how to take care of a loyal customer and give that special customer service that makes you want to come back again and. again!

Problems from the moment we checked in. Fitness tv stations didn't work (1 of the top 3 reasons we booked this hotel). Broken fitness equipment. Room was unclean & DISGUSTING. The layer of dust hanging off the headboard looked like gum draping down. So gross. Floor & baseboards were visibly unclean. Light bulbs out. Window dirty & fingerprints everywhere. Ice & water machine broken and out of order (hydration station...what a joke. Lol). Also, the area felt extremely unsafe. Did not walk anywhere. The list goes on, but honestly I want to forget we ever stayed here.
