Water quality and Fire Alarm

My kids couldn’t stay in that room, because the water was just simply disgusting. The water kept on coming brown out of the faucet at the top it off the alarm went off and middle of the night without stopping for a falls fire, and we had to move all the kids to our bedroom for them to be able to sleep. Also, the room the beds were made, but the room overall was dirty to include the toilet the bathtub and sinks not to mention the floor look like nobody had ever swept it before.
