House keeping was rough

I would have to say that house keeping was not up to par. I felt it was always half assed when it was done.. once they went two weeks without coming in and changing my bedsheets. I didn’t notice a constant schedule for house keeping. I felt that I ran out of toilet paper, tissues, and basic items almost every week.. I think if it wasn’t paid for by the government, I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and always had a smile on their face. They were more than happy to answer any questions and offer help with any issues.
The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was immaculate, and everything was organized perfectly. I really appreciated how well-maintained the entire property was.
Overall, the combination of exceptional service and the high standard of cleanliness made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

This location is the best location for what I need. During this visit, I thought someone had been in my room. Frustrated, I went to the front desk. Here me clearly, the level of professionalism was wonderful. The manager, Kim…I pray I’m correct, was calm and more than willing to see what was going on. This has been a long and exhausting year. I’m thankful for employees like these. Thank you for understanding and your patience.

Manager Merissa, and staff members Lauren and Terry Reie met and exceeded my every expectation I had as a hotel guest. As a platinum elite member, this has unquestionably been the best customer service experience I have had. In addition to making my experience wonderful, they worked with me on adjusting my stay to accommodate for various changes in my work schedule. I highly recommend this hotel because of their staff.

My husband and I flew in for the weekend to visit our son who is stationed here at Ft. Lee for training, he ships out overseas for 3 years so we wanted to see him before he had to leave. I booked here so we could be close to my son. The staff were great and the breakfast was decent, that’s where the good stops. We got in late and by the time we got to our room we were too tired to complain. First the fan in the bathroom did not work at all. This made for a smelly muggy experience when we showered or used the toilet. Next, the heater/ac unit did not work and made a horrible sound once turned on so it was left off for the duration of our stay. Finally the bed, I have stayed in plenty of IGH locations and other and I have never slept in a more miserably uncomfortable bed. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on a concrete floor there was no give in the mattress and the pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head on them.

Overally happy with my stay. The hotel needs a massive overhaul as far as internet service goes. Could barely load the internet via wifi due to the amount of guests that stay there. Needs a better system in place for guests to be able to enjoy having wifi over extended stays

Those who qualify to stay here, should. I am retired Army and this is my first choice in Fort Lee area. I have stayed at off-base facilities, and in comparison, this rates higher in my opinion, and budget friendly. The staff excels in everyway.

The eggs and cheese need improvement. At present, I’ve given up on anything with eggs or cheese in it. This is bad because the breakfast is such a nice offer but I am now eliminating all the staples that make breakfast, breakfast. Please improve these two things.
