I loved this hotel. It is very modern. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spectacular. My room even had a mini gym. I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Definitely not worth $200+ per night. The on site manager helped to resolve multiple issues during our stay, she was friendly, and she helped compensate us for a blanket that was destroyed in the onsite dryer machine. The front desk male employee was also very helpful. Every other staff member either acted rude or inconsiderate any time we submitted a legitimate problem about our stay (e.g., ants in the room, window shade not working, dryer not spinning and burning clothes). Beds were comfortable, floor turns barefoot feet black, bathroom mirror light didn't turn on, hand soap was mixed with water. Shower products were good quality, however. TV was slanted sideways and couldn't be corrected. All other amenities were good. Overall, 2 out of 5. Would not recommend or stay here again.

I only stay at IHG Hotels and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Our thermostat was not working in our room and the manager Elenor promised us a full refund of our points for that night and she only gave us half. I had to call the hotel several times just to receive the points that I did and had to end up calling IHG customer service as the hotel never returned my call. There are much better options in beautiful Sarasota!

I’ve stayed at this particular hotel location on many occasions and stays have been okay. However, with his last visit, I am extremely disappointed. Upon waking up the first morning my fiancé noticed one of the pillows he had been sleeping on was soiled with visibly old blood that had seeped through the pillow case on to the pillow and appears to have been there a while seeing that it was sticking together. DISGUSTING!! I immediately brought this down to the attention of the front desk staff member as I would have liked her to inform management. Instead I was carelessly told “I’m sorry, we’ll get you down for a room cleaning today”. Should this not have been done prior to checking in new guests into the room? Do bed sheets and pillows go unchanged between guests? Why/how was this missed? Completely unacceptable.
Overpriced and odd

To start with, I was not even acknowledged as an elite rewards member, offered a welcome, amenity or points, or an upgrade. Got to the room and the air-conditioning didn’t work and we were overlooking the roof with the air units on it. Not what you would expect For top category of rewards membership. Let them know about the air conditioning and they said they would have someone fix it while we were out. Returned back at 11 PM to find the air conditioning was still not working and we had to move rooms. No one offered us a discount or anything for our trouble. Again, not the kind of service or quality one would expect at over $400 for a room and given my membership status.

The only good thing about this hotel is they offer EV chargers.

I stayed here while attending a race in Bradenton at Freedom Factory. The hotel is in a great location, has a little strip mall in front of it with some restaurants and shops. Has a beautiful lake behind it. The room and feel of the hotel are very modern and welcoming. The bar area was nice to relax in and grab some food.
No Frill Stay

The hotel is in a quiet location so good to explore the area. We found the rooms adequate, had to ask for the fitness equipment that was suppose to be in the room. Exercise bike was broke in the fitness center. No vegan options at the restaurant although they advertised healthy choices.
Bugs!

After spending one night in this hotel I woke up to find bugs in my bed and bug bites all over my body. When I tried to resolve the issue with the front desk they acted in a very uncaring manner and told me that a regional sales manager would be contacting me… That never happened. I contacted the hotel manager who is very rude and told me to do what I needed to do… So that is what I intend on doing. I have contacted my attorney and filing a lawsuit against this hotel and IHG. The bottom line do not stay in this hotel . They do not care about the cleanliness of their rooms or the welfare of their guests.
Comfortable bed dirty rooms and bathroom floor

We stayed for 7 days, and was very disappointed at the condition of our bathroom. They had just finished cleaning our room and there was 2 lights out at the entryway and bathroom. The floor was filthy and the shower still had long black hair on the floor and the shelves. We put towels down and went on about our business, the staff acted as if it would be taken care of, it was never addressed. They never serviced our room and are supposed to after 5 days. Never checked to see if we needed towels, toilet paper, coffee, or garbage bags. In the 7 days we were there, I saw 4 people total use the work out room. They had a lot of maintenance issues while we were there with lightning and ceiling tiles. The eco air conditioner does not register that you are in the room when sleeping, I had to get up several times a each of the 7 nights to bump down the thermostat. The cleaning staff could not understand what we were asking for, not their fault, but neither could the morning or afternoon front desk. The night shift was very helpful.
