Only reason I decided to stay is because I’ve heard that all staybridges are nice and they serve dinner during the week. Not the case for this one, no dinner and needs to be completely renovated. First and last time staying there.

Clearly, "clean" is relative. The hotel has a sheen of dust/dirt. Their standards of clean are subpar. I'm so disappointed in the hotel. Front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful. One housekeeper had to come and clean again after we checked in and she was super pleasant. Hair on shower wall, greasy tile floors that hadn't been mopped, dust and sand on the desk and other surfaces. Remotes were filthy (I always travel with bleach wipes and the wipes had visible dirt on them from the buttons). The breakfast was ho-hum and the area not that clean. Serving utensils were never cleaned or swapped out. And hot food and Styrofoam plates and bowls is diabolical. The young man was nice. The lady was rude and had on a dirty shirt at 7:30am. Toddler underwear were in one of the elevators for more than 24 hours. Trash can was dirty at 6:55am. The bulk of the housekeeping staff appear to be white women, and as a black woman in the South, they did not feel hospitable (to me, and I know the vibe well). They barely speak even when greeted. I'm a platinum IHG member on a tour with Holiday Inn Vacations. Both companies should be ashamed.
Average stay, cleanliness could use improvement

I am grateful for the stay, however our experience could have been improved greatly with an improvement to the cleanliness of the room. We arrived to our room after 7 hours on the road and unfortunately needed to buy our own cleaning supplies (Clorox wipes, Lysol) to improve the cleanliness of the room. When I opened the fridge, there was leftover food and trash from the previous guest and remote controls were covered in a sticky sauce like residue. Under the beds were layers of dust, hair etc. I didn’t take many pictures as I hope this can be resolved with better attention. Our stay could have also been improved if there was breakfast out during breakfast hours. Admittedly, I showed up at 0915 our last morning and was disappointed when the majority of the food was put away or emptied. The biggest highlight was our check in experience that went smoothly, quick, and friendly.

Great service from beginning to end! All staff members were totally accommodating, very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice, great view, and the bed was so comfortable wish I could take it with me lol. Breakfast was a little lackluster from the pics but still pretty decent. I appreciate you guys greatly and my fiancé had an excellent birthday. Thanks to you.

Omg where do I begin? Let me start by saying my family and I absolutely love staying at a Staybridge hotel. We’re a large family and like to stay somewhere we can get a good hot breakfast with a kitchen where I can cook in our room as well. This hotel brand provides that and more! However, I must say if this were our first experience at a Staybridge hotel we would more than likely not be returning to any. This particular hotel was very disappointing and in my opinion need to close, remodel and start fresh!
This is a long story but I’ll try and keep it short. First, we had cleanliness issues with the bathrooms not just in our room but in all four room options that were given to us to try and accommodate for the inconvenience. Our keys didn’t work half the time of our stay. The furniture is old and shabby looking, the fridge had visible dirt on the outside and brown liquid was leaking from somewhere in the freezer. Bathroom sink had a leak. The beds were horrible. You could feel the springs in the mattress so they were not comfortable at all. The dining/lounge/breakfast area was not clean from the time we got there. Food all over the floors, tables were wet and sticky and trash receptacles were not pleasant to look at. One night of the social we were given chicken cordon bleu balls and that’s it. Usually the breakfast at Staybridge is really, really good but needless to say this one wasn’t. Some of the staff was friendly; well let’s just say everyone at the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful.
Overall, this was not what we’re used to at a Staybridge. Very disappointing and I wished we left and went somewhere else. We stayed in the 1 Queen 2 Doubles 2 Bedrm Suite for 4 nights including Christmas. Also, the exterior of the hotel looked like it was falling apart in some areas. Please redo this hotel and make it fitting to actually be and wear the name Staybridge or better yet meet the standards of an IHG hotel.

Zero Housekeeping service

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that has NO housekeeping service what so ever. After second night we needed towels, toilet paper tissues and our garbage bags were full. We called front desk and was told there’s not housekeeping service and if we wanted new towels we would have to bring used towels to front desk and they would give us more. Same goes for toilet paper garbage bags and tissues. I don’t care if they don’t come and make beds and vacuum but essentials like towels toilet paper and bags are needed. As for the rest of the room there is a useless kitchen… cooking utensils were a spoon and spatula. No frying pan. Basically all we could do is boil water. Refrigerator seals were both broken on top and bottom and didn’t close properly. We don’t recommend this hotel and after this stay I will probably check all other hotel chains before I would ever book IHG hotel again.

Stayed here on vacation this year We driving all night to avoid traffic and tried to get a early check in we arrived at hotel at 1030 am and asked we we could get in early being we leave early on check out day while 5 hours later after seeing lot of other people check in early we finally got in our room The room was nice but wasn’t very clean that evening we noticed sheets and blankets for sofa bed weren't’ clean and there was mold on mattress grandson has asthma the next day they changed mattress but this one also had mold on it too there was garbage behind and under sofa bed too and under the other bed too I asked the manager to call about this but it never happened breakfast was pretty good but we asked if they every have bacon they said once a week but that never happened either not once did they vacuum or clean the room in week we were there .just looking for a place to go back too year after year Phone had other pictures on it and I cloud is full
Dirty Rooms smelling like dogs and smoke

My friend and I celebrated our anniversary on the same day and decide to take a weekend trip with our wives. We arrive at our hotel at about 5:30am after 8 hrs of driving. As we open the door to the room the smell of dogs and smoke greeted us and the carpets was obviously not vacuumed. That room felts so dirty that we didn’t even want to sit in the couch. The beds were ok. Breakfast was good. The guy who cooks the bf and the front desk staff was ok. Not staying there again tho.

Really enjoyed my stay here…staff was great especially Nicole at breakfast/Happy Hour, and Larry at front desk. Location was good, grounds/hot tub area beautiful, other guests friendly. Great stay!

Staff when i checked in was great, he was very accommodating. The beds was amazing, and the shower was superb. The breakfast staff was accommodating as well. I will definitely come back to this location.
