Room and hotel was clean. There were lots of options available for breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Sleeper sofa was smaller than expected, but clean and worked for the night. The gym looked like it was well equipped and there are a couple of great seating areas outside away from the pool.

I like the suite size and view from my room, lots of space and all equiptment worked. No issues. I had a major surgery and liked that the accesible room was good for me and helped during my recovery

The staff was so kind and allowed us to check in early. They had a room assigned before I got there. Breakfast was amazing!

Our room was very clean except for a few dishes that someone had put in the microwave. We were only there one night so we didn't plan to use the kitchen area anyway. Everything else was very clean and the breakfast downstairs was great. The people above us made some loud noises around 11pm but it didn't last long thankfully. Overall we would stay here again.

I really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere the hotel has created. Rooms are nice decorated and all amenities worked. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices with a very polite young lady to attend to the buffet. Friendly staff and great value.

My experience with Staybridge was horrible.vi had just arrive from a 4 hour flight and was severely dehydrated. Upon check- in I told the front desk that I would use my rewards for pantry/front office drinks during my stay and redeemed before check out.
1) Did not offer a voucher for drinks
2) Charged me for pantry items, plus taxes when I asked to used and redeem my pantry rewards
3)Failed to complete daily refreshing of towels
I would not recommend to any one traveling to stay at this establishment, they have misinterpreted the meaning of "service industry" and "hospitality"
Now they have charged my card for drinks.-scam.

Everything was great. My only issues was figuring out the lights (there's a master switch and it had me confused until the friendly staff mentioned there's another light switch) and the a/c fan doesn't stay on consistent, but I will bring a fan next time. These were minor issues and easily resolved by me, the guest. But I would recommend you bring your own quiet noise (fan) if you need this to sleep through the night. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I will say the elevators were very hot/warm, but the rest of the hotel was a comfortable cool temperature.
The breakfast was one of the best I have seen in hotel stays (we travel for sports)! I was very impressed and actually crave the scones they had!! Great breakfast buffet spread for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely my stay was! I loved the suite layout with the kitchen area! I also loved the wide variety of food options at breakfast! The staff was very helpful and made my stay amazing! I will be back!

My overall experience was amazing, the staff is super friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was great, bed super comfy, love the late checkout time and breakfast was very tasty.
