I recently stayed at this Staybridge Suites, and the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, and their customer service was subpar. Additionally, the hotel facilities were not well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Beds are so comfortable.

Had a awesome stay, close to Barton Springs and just a very nice hotel very clean and a great breakfast, nice pool and outside very nice with outside fireplace and barbeque area. Room was very clean and comfortable and just very nice. Front desk employees very nice & helpful. And very close to hwy35. We just had a great weekend!

I was unsure about booking this hotel I had never been to Austin and wasn’t sure about what was good side of town and what wasn’t. I came across mix reviews some said it was great others said they felt unsafe. I pulled up location on Google maps and discovered several car dealerships nearby including a Ferrari dealership so figured it couldn’t be too bad. It was a nice hotel its a little tucked away from Highway traffic just enough to not see highway which I always enjoy. The room was quite large and spacious the bathroom was tiny but I did like the tub had a non slip mat and built in Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispenser. There’s several options for food in the area and only minutes from downtown Austin. At first I was caught off guard by no ice machines on the floors and when I asked the front staff they said we could use the one in the lobby where they served breakfast, fast forward 24 hrs and I realized the fridge in our room had built in ice maker! This hotel has some cons but it wouldn’t deter me from staying here again next time I’m in the area. Staff was very friendly , breakfast was enjoyable and good location and great room size.

Took a mini vacation and stayed at this hotel. It was so nice. Room was comfy pool was nice and clean staff was amazing! Breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about but got the job done.
