Always enjoyed this hotel in the past. Not so great this time. Ice maker not working. WiFi would not connect even after I went to front desk.
TV would not come on, finally got it on and the remote wouldn’t change channels.
Ran out of coffee around 8:45am, went back after 9 and all were still empty. Very clean hotel and the staff was nice.

Stayed here recently after a visit to the zoo and had a wonderful experience. Rooms were great and up to date. Front desk was awesome at check in and check out. Breakfast staff was great as well and helped my wife get situated with our newborn in the morning. Even got to speak with the manager Brandon who was super friendly. I would definitely recommend if your going to be staying in the Columbia area!

1. The hotel needs to realize that diamond members generally do not drive compact cars and all the diamond spaces were for compacts.
Internet was a struggle: you have to call their IT just to connect which is ridiculous!
Desk clerk was excellent, room reserved was a king suite but when I arrived it was a 2 queen suite. I’m tall and require a longer bed but slept diagonally to make it work. Room was excellent!

Upon check in your asked to deposit a $100 security deposit which is to be refunded after checkout, well that's a scam it's actually been a whole month after checkout and I'm still waiting to be refunded even after acknowledgement of the error by management.

Great service and Hotel!

I travel almost every week of the year for work so I stay at a lot of hotels. I just have to say the staff here at this hotel are OUTSTANDING! GREAT CUSTOMER CARE ! They make you feel welcomed and are very accommodating. The hotel is super clean and the beds are comfy. I will travel an hour out of my way to stay at this hotel again next time I’m anywhere around this area.

The bigest lies

I booked this reservation almost 2 months ahead of time..2 days before my date, I received a email telling me that my king 1 bedroom was no longer available but when I called and talked to the fount desk, they told me that they would upgrade me to a 2 bedroom suite. So I agreed but when I arrived at the property I was greeted by this lady and told that they no longer had any 2 bedroom available!! because they are a (LONG TERM RESIDENT!!!) and now she want to downgrade me in a studio!!! but I found out later from one of the other fount desk employee who was very nice that the lady I was talking to was full of BS and lied to us!!! The real reason was that she really overbooked and gave away my original reservation to someone else!! (HOW DIRTY WAS THAT!!!!!) By this time it was 5:00pm and we were really tired from our long drive, So after a lot of arguing and getting a discount for the studio, we excepted and was put in a handicap studio!!! WOW!!!! We had to be moved to another studio!!! This experience was horrible!!! 1) We were lied too, 2) Our room was switch 3 times 4) The manger (Dave) didn't even have the decency to come out to talk to us! We were very disappointed and would never step foot back in at this hotel again!!!! Be warned!!!! If you book there, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THEY'RE A LONG TERM RESIDENT!!! LOL!!!!!!!!

Miscommunication

Upon our check in at 2 am we were told we could have late check out at 1:30. I watched the clerk type it in. At 11:30 the maid checked to see if we were out. She did not know about the late check out. At 12:05 the front desk called reminding us we missed check out I explained we were told we could have a late check out at 1:30 he argued there was no note I told him I watched the clerk put a note in We had to check out immediately. We will not be back

At checking there was a small issue and the front desk attendant made sure to swiftly fix the problem with a smile on his face. This hotel was peaceful, and in close proximity to everywhere I had planned to go.

“Heated” Pool is not accurate

Lovely staff. Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast. The pool was the only disappointment. States it’s heated- it was brutally cold. We were looking forward to swimming with our grandkids but it was too cold for that to happen.
