Upon checking in it was great the desk attendant was super nice, that is until she ran my card. THEN she was polite enough to tell me the heat in the whole building is OUT!!!! Pretty smooth to say AFTER IM STUCK with room charges. She had the nerve to tell me think of it as camping. Really? If I wanted to camp my retired military body would have went to a camp site with a fire! The room never reached above 50 degrees. I called to ask if th heat was going to be fixed and a different desk clerk said no not until tomorrow!!! Nice to leave your customers freezing ! So how do we get compensated . A runny nose and IHG points this is by far the worst experience ever. A joke for sure ! Not even an extra blanket
