This hotel is amazing. The staff, Jake and Ashley at the front desk, really do a phenomenal job taking care of the guest. Also, the breakfast attendant that was there, is always on it. Prompt and ready to serve. (Heard she is leaving but wish her nothing but success) Real hospitality! Anytime I travel to Ft. Wayne, this is my preferred hotel.

I had to extend a night and Tamra did everything she could to make it so easy and even kept me in the same room so we didn’t have to move all our stuff. Going above and beyond for the guest. I appreciate everything she did for me and my family while staying at this property.
Mario the maintenance guy was also friendly and was very prompt in taking care of the minor maintenance issue with the shower. This location has an excellent staff when it comes to taking care of their guest and keeping a very clean property. I love my visits to Fort Wayne and look forward to staying at the property every visit.

Tamra was such a delight at the front desk. Thanks for such a great stay. The breakfast was hot and good as always. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Thanks so much for all your and your teams hard work to ensure a great stay for your guest.

First of all the front desk attendant was rude upon arrival. Immediately told us no drinks or food in pool area, (which he screamed and cussed out my family in the pool area before this). Not true, no sign anywhere that stated that. Only no glass permitted only. No maintenance all weekend. Toilets and tubs clogged in many of my family members rooms, all they did was hand them a plunger. There is ABSOLUTELY NO hot tub. Website states it has a hot tub including a picture but there definitely isn’t one, was filled in. The only good thing was the bed which was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Not a good experience.

The staff could be little more friendly, they announced the non breakfast like if it was never being offered. With really any explanation. Almost everywhere they are offering breakfast again.

I reserved a room for two nights at the Staybridge in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Within the first night the people underneath us complained about us simply walking around our room. We had them banging on our floor, the neighbors next door were banging on our wall if we spoke any louder than a whisper. We were accused of having cigarettes, offered the manager to come into our room to see we didnt, we only had vape pens that smelled fruity. She then asked us not to use them anymore because it bothered the neighbors. Like seriously? Hot water didnt last long for showers. Entrance/exit are in odd places. Unfortunately the lobby was also under construction which was not mentioned on the website. No pool, no hot tub. I ended up asking for my money back for the second night and went to the Baymont in Auburn, Indiana.

Very comfortable suites and a family friendly atmosphere. My whole family enjoyed it! Everything was great until checkout when front desk staff assessed a faulty $75 pet fee for our clearly labeled service dog, without even talking with us. We were simply walking past the front desk on the way to the car after checkout. It was so humiliating to feel like someone assumed the worst about me instead of the best. Hotel had been made aware that we had a service dog with us prior. That being said, management was attentive, kind and promptly reversed the charges the following day when my husband called to bring the issue to their attention. We would stay there again and have faith that next time they would ask before assuming we were trying to break the rules. We have faith the same would hold true for any other service dog handler.
Comfortable room, nice excercise facility, nice manager social.

Very nice facilities and comfortable stay. Excellent and comfortable room. Good internet speed to finish work. Nice excercise room facilities. Good evening social and nice breakfast.
