Not what I’ve come to expect

It’s not the quality I’ve come to expect from holiday inn. There was 4 of us staying in the room. The hot water only was hot for about 2 people. One of the salesmen called the second day in to see if we would attend the time share meeting. We had already said no. No means no folks. We stayed there 3 nights and 4 days. As far as I know no maid came to the room to swap towels and wash clothes. We had to wash them ourselves. You guys can do better.

Exceptional!

This place was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and just exceptional in every way. Complimentary breakfast would’ve been nice but all the other amenities made up for that!
I will definitely recommend and remember this place

I have to give credit to Landon for the exceptional stay that we experienced at this property. My husband has mobility issues. I had advised of this when the reservation was made and before arrival and during check in. Yet we were still placed in a room with an unusable bathroom for my husband. I immediately called the front upon getting to the room and seeing the bathroom situation. Luckily Landon, who I believe is the general manager answered the call. He took swift action and even came to the room and escorted us to a great room that was actually an upgrade but the only accommodation that would work for my husband. Landon ensured our vacation was outstanding. This property is gorgeous. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Never any problems after this. We will definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks to Landon who saved the day!

Relaxing

Apart from not having a log cabin photos on website when booked.
Oh that’s our other site was the answer.
Checking was good we were only approached twice with offers of discounts from restaurants etc in Gatlinburg but once we politely declined we were left alone.
So basically our log cabin is just like a suite in a upmarket hotel.
We had a fully equipped kitchen which was good to heat up food etc, as there’s no restaurant on site but it’s only a 10min walk into the town, where there’s lots of choices.
We had a balcony looking out at the mountains and sadly the car park, but was better than the other choice of the main road.

Amazing family trip

You will not find a better hotel resort in the area. The staff here are truly amazing at doing everything possible to make your stay care free and enjoyable.

I accidentally arrived one day early and thankfully they had a room. Not only were they able to accommodate me but they were able to take the time and figure out a way to make adjustments so we would not have to check out and change rooms. It took a lengthy amount of time to review and work things out but I greatly appreciated the time and effort they put in to make what could have been a very difficult situation perfect!

Came here for the wife and I do have a nice relaxing weekend. I even was working when here but the staff and resort was very nice. Can’t wait to stay again!

Where should I start?

The villas are basically 2 adjoining rooms - and mine wad adjoined with a 1 bedroom that had 4 kids continually screaming all hours of the day. Shared a door they slammed all hours of the day.

Was gathering my belongings- front desk calls before check out to make sure I’m out, someone knocks that doesn’t speak English, then 4 minutes after checkout time they let themselves in and try to show me a text. I was basically shoved out- left some items in night stand and they are never found. Called Saturday after checkout and again on Sunday .
Sunday I'm sent a link- follow up Sunday , Monday and Tuesday. Some rude linda calls me Tuesday night to say “don’t know what to tell you nothing was found “ which is interesting because i had an apple air tag in the drawer with my clothing from the suitcase and it’s tracked. so thanks for stealing from someone on that has stayed at 12 him Isagenix inn resorts … worst experience - glad they don’t service the rooms while we stay or id be robbed blind

Location, location, location - Top Notch Resort

Wonderful resort! Can't wait to go back again! Our arrival was delayed by several hours due to a 6 car fatal traffic accident. Our first night was for an out of pocket rental with the rest of our weekend being through RCI. A quick call to the resort during our delay assured us that someone would be at the desk to check us in. When we arrived due to our delay instead of the 10:00 a.m. check-out time we were given an extention of time until noon. This was wonderful news as we were all exhausted. When we got up we checked with the front desk to see if there was anyway we would be allowed to stay in the villa where we were already settled instead of having to move. The answer was yes! We were all so happy that we were not going to have to load the van with our luggage and tote it around for the afternoon. We will definitely stay here again! The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond. The location is spot on within walking distance of the middle of Gatlinburg's "main drag." The villa was extremely nice, one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The only thing we would change about the villa would be with the second bedroom. It needs two queen-size beds instead of one queen-size and one full-size as we had 6 adults in our party. Some in our party also utilized the pool table and fire pit in the common areas. Fantastic stay!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I could have done without the pressure that we experienced to listen to the time share program in exchange for free tickets to area attractions.

Exemplary customer service and spotless property

I can rarely give five stars for a hotel stay, but this resort earned it. We were greeted genuinely and enthusiastically by numerous staff members, including a maintenance technician working on the property. Our villa was stunning--gas fireplace, flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, full kitchen, jetted tub, balcony. The hotel was located just off the main highway, and easily accessible to all the amenities of Gatlinburg. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The beauty and value of the 2-bedroom suite with fireplace was incredible. We would seek this property out for future stays in the area.
