床很不舒服

I requested multiple times to switch rooms because I was not able to get a good sleep, the bed is extremely soft. I was told that all beds have the same type of mattress so I guess that’s why I was not given the chance to switch rooms. I’d suggest to get at least a few rooms with firmer beds.

I stayed here under my best friends rate and wow was it an amazing experience. You can tell they truly care for all guests coming into the hotel. Such great attention to detail. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! These employees truly left a great impression

We had been on a two week vacation we stayed here the second week for one night on reward points. We were able to relax down stairs watching the news that evening. We were able to wash all our clothes in the free guest laundry. Love a staybridge. Good breakfast friendly staff

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel last summer and this summer and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel right at home. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously maintained, creating a relaxing environment throughout our stay.
The hotel's amenities exceeded our expectations. The well-equipped fitness center allowed us to maintain our workout routine; The evening social dining offered free bites and drinks from Monday to Wednesday, catering to a variety of tastes, and the 24-hour laundry room provided many conveniences for the family trip!
What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect.
We would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Shella, a member of the hotel staff who consistently went above and beyond to ensure us comfort and satisfaction. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Her attention to detail was truly appreciated. She anticipated our needs, ensuring that every request we had was promptly addressed. Her dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in her willingness to accommodate our preferences and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Staff generally do not care. They overdo the customer service and sounds very fake. Hotel is nice but staff need caring from heart but not parroted robotic personality. Genuinely is missing .

After a long drive I was greeted at the front desk with excellent customer service. Staff was very professional and helpful. The best part of my stay was my comfortable bed. I was able to sleep well and enjoy a delicious meal in my room.
Can't wait to come back and visit again.

I’m glad I signed up for the rewards program. My first stay with Fremont went really well for me & my family🙏🏽
Reception was friendly and quick check-in. Room was clean.
Breakfast had a great spread. Juices, coffee, oatmeal, hot food and waffles.
