Spacious, but old

Rooms are spacious. But everything including carpet are old. No USB outlets.

The General Manager was very rude. Overall would not recommend this property being a Diamond Member she was actually very rude.
Very bad shower

It was so weird…toilet had massive water pressure, tub faucet plenty of pressure, then the shower was horrible with super low water pressure. Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to rinse conditioner and shampoo out of your hair

I booked this hotel, checked in, walked into my room, in stunk like BO, the fridge was dirty and rusted, stains on the couch, beds were saggy like they needed to be replaced. I didn’t even set my belongings down it was so gross in there. I went straight back down to tell the front desk that I would not be staying there as it was dirty and I did not feel safe staying there. I still got charged and they would not issue a refund. Save yourself the time and money and book somewhere else.

We came to this hotel for a dance competition in the area. Staff was incredibly rude. The entire time we had to keep coming down to the desk to get our keys reactivated staff called the police on the girls when they practiced in a parking lot across the way from the hotel. The room is not up to par. I have stayed in several state bridges, and this was by far the worse. To get into the room, you had to hit it with your shoulder to get the door open. The door to the bedroom was missing Missing a door knob they were patched over holes of the wall. The hallways smelled like animals urine Especially the stairwell. The air conditioner was so loud that I could not sleep and the beds were not queen size beds. They were fulls at best. The elevator is extremely raggedy. Housekeeping left dirty sheets, and trash in the halls for long amounts of time. This hotel needs to be renovated and staff need to be fired and completely replaced for this to live up to the standards of other staybridges. I would never suggest this place to anyone. Also, this place does not have a pool. It just has a filthy murky man made pond in the back.

Paid with points for my stay.
There was ZERO hot water on 2nd floor in the morning.
I reported this to the front desk. An hour later the clerk said she would credit my stay. Nothing. When i brought this to manager attention….same. Zero.
I have stayed at this hotel 20x or more in the past. Not again

The heat/ac fan was very loud in our room. The sofa seemed very dirty; covered with an extra blanket.
There was a very strong weed odor outside the side doors, as well as down the hallway. Guests need to be considerate and take that further away from doors, and not in the rooms.
The side door lock was broken, so unable to use that door for re-entry. We had parked there as the staff did not alert us to the issue; needed to move the vehicle.
Great Location, Good Food and Wonderful Staff

The location is great you are nearby shopping and movies and restaurants. The Breakfast is great!! And the food for the social hour is wonderful too. The staff is warm and friendly

Room was subpar, breakfast was horrible. Likely will not return to this property but will continue to be a loyal Staybridge fan.

Hair in the tub and residue on the toilet lid. I was not refunded my incendentals deposit of $150.00

I stayed in this hotel for one night using my IHG points. However, after checking out, I found the hotel charged $28 to my credit card. After calling hotel several times, the hotel still didn’t issue a credit back to my card after more than two weeks.
