Thank you to the amazing staff on site, especially Carlos, who greeted us promptly and explained all the details of our stay. Later on that evening we touched base with Carlos again and he was able to assist with our specific needs again. As I stated before, all the staff was amazing but Carlos’ efforts to go above and beyond stood out to my family. Thank you again for the pleasant stay.

We spent the weekend in Frisco for my wife’s 40th birthday. The first person we met was Carlos he was awesome and welcomed us right in with a great attitude. He made sure everyone in our party was on the same floor and made sure we were taken care of for the weekend. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our time by the fire pit as well. Definitely coming back on our next visit!

All was wonderful. Stayed to see grandson in ice hockey tournament and the breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable, We would stay here again.

Do not recommend. Unlesssss you don’t mind huge moldy cracks in the ceiling and paper thin walls. Oh but if you have a girl issue on the sheets they will slip a paper under your door on checkout day.
