酒店管理较差

酒店内普遍存在抽烟现象，电梯间，电梯内都有抽烟痕迹。早餐面包内吃出锋利塑料片，划到口腔，向酒店反馈后，互相推诿，最后也没有给出处理意见。餐厅卫生较差，儿童椅长期未清理，有明显发霉，冰淇淋车内的冰淇淋过期，不能食用！
