无法理解的服务质量

选择大年初一入住集团所属的高端酒店，除了前台接待的Vicky Xu和HSKP姐姐让我感受到了服务的温度以外，酒店从门童，早餐餐厅以及富临酒楼，让我失望至极，大过年的，带着红包也派不出去，手里拎着大包小包，没任何一个人与我打招呼，在餐厅自费用早餐也没人告知会员可以去会员区域用餐，最后一天在富临酒楼喝早茶，一家四口穿着显眼的酒店拖鞋去用餐，到最后结账也无人告知IHG会员用餐有折扣，退房以后，连我最小的四岁女儿也会帮忙拿行李，整个酒店大堂却无人提出帮忙，失望至极
