IHG run a couple of properties here which are excellent, I settled on this hotel over the Regent for the location and was not disappointed. Located on the point of the river in the Raffles center, the intercontinental is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Great for English speakers, we were looked after by Maverick Wang and his team who were impeccable during our stay. Meek, Molly, Leary and Teresa (our housekeeper) were all so welcoming I cannot praise them more. Possibly some of the best hospitality I’ve had from the IHG group. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. My only regret was not staying in the city longer. It’s a fantastic city to visit and the hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommended.

The staff here are exceptional, it’s a great hotel for English speakers as there is always some at hand to assist at reception that can help. Maverick Wang assisted us greatly during our stay, and the girls at the desk, Meek, Molly and Leary were always cheerful and helpful. Their thoughtfulness was above and beyond anything I’ve received before with IHG. The hotel has a wonderful view of Chongqing and the rooms were immaculate thanks to Teresa. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s some of the best customer service I have received from the IHG group. Well done, thanks for making the trip memorable.

总体来说 非常不错

总体来说相当不错，房间严格升了一级。问有没有江景房，前台不太情愿，说是长江景观，其实app显示还是城景房。而且只给酒廊早餐，表达了自助早餐的期待，但是行不通。入住房间设施各方面都挺不错，行政酒廊小姐姐也很热情，菁中餐厅非常不错，服务超赞。中午刚入住，人还在酒店，下午就有人打电话询问入住体验。说实话能跟一江之隔的丽晶媲美，但是并没有提供什么服务，也并没有特别惊喜服务。

InterContinental Raffles City is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and it defines luxury and 5star.
You can sense the luxury and personal touch from the point of arrival, until you depart.
Special thank you to Managers Dennis and Rebecca who personally welcomed my family, recognised my membership, offered an upgrade and ensured the stay was smooth throughout. The concierge and housekeeping team are always greeting you and ready to help.
For a resort of this magnitude, it is managed excellently well and has great facilities. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, the gym is well equipped and modern, and the staff are the biggest highlight of this place.
The rooms are modern & spacious, extensively stocked with amenities and necessities.
There’s nothing to fault and it is highly recommended for its value and product.

I booked 2 room there n the staff didnot aware abt the $20 fnb credit fm my ambassador membetrship. i got bfast fr2 instead of 4 after continuously ask fr more perks. Apparently no perks ffm ambassador membership. My roow view was ugly.. facing building infront

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I want to give a special shout out to Zoe Yin, one of the staff members in the club. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of during our stay. She proactively offered suggestions for places of interest and even provided us with a map.

The extra bed in our room was also very comfortable, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast and the quality of the club lounge were both excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, room quality and the service provided. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Beyond our expectations for a normal 5* hotel

The superb smiles are everywhere in this hotel, from the door man to the GM here.

We were on our business trip for two weeks. The hotel showed their very stable capability of services during the whole stay:
- The cleaning crews are alway on-time & effective since day one
- The taste of their food here will change your idea of 'hotel food' so tasty and appetizing. I have the best EGGS BENEDICT here and also I learn how good the local spicy noodles can be
- As a hotel long-stay guest, we are always communicated for feedbacks, including general staff, to frontdest manager, assitant manager, and general manager. Everyone of them shows their professionlism and good faith.

The best hotel view in Chongqing too.

这个酒店的位置非常好，在房间里就可以看到非常美的江景。酒店装修大气，时尚。服务人员非常亲切，特别是小朱作为客户关系团队员工，非常的细心，为我们提供了饱含心意的小礼物。客房打扫也非常干净及时。礼宾部24小时有人值班，我们凌晨退房也有工作人员帮忙拿行李，如果下次还来重庆，一定会还是选择这家酒店。

I decided to return to IHG Raffles City 5/22-5/25, based on my positive experience on 5/17. I informed Chelsea of my intent to return, and she located my reservation on Booking. She took initiative to leverage my member status to book me a better rate and room, which was appreciated. I arrived I’ll with virus, my wife had to return to YunYang due to her mother’s emergency. Chelsea coordinated purchase and delivery of medicine for me, while on her off-duty day. This level of guest service is unprecedented- she should be commended. She also followed up with communication for myself and my wife, all the way to our safe return to the US. We also had positive interactions in the Executive Club area- where Lia Chen’s smile and welcoming presence at each visit was appreciated greatly. My wife had great interactions with bellmen in requesting and directing taxi service, and for loading our luggage. I am so grateful that I got to experience IHG in Raffles City, and especially for my interactions with a true friend and professional, Chelsea.
