Séjour inoubliable !

Un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique établissement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel de la conciergerie et de la réception, qui ont su rendre notre arrivée des plus agréables. Le professionnalisme et la courtoisie de l’équipe se ressentent à chaque instant, surpassant les standards du groupe IHG. Le personnel, que ce soit en restauration, en housekeeping, ou à la réception, est dévoué, à l’écoute, et attentif au moindre détail, rendant l’expérience vraiment exceptionnelle.

Accueillie en tant qu’Ambassadrice, avec beaucoup de surprises et attentions personnalisées. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et en particulier à Monsieur Callebaut, qui a veillé à ce que tout se déroule parfaitement tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à vous, ce séjour a été non seulement impeccable, mais aussi inoubliable.
Je retournerai dans cet établissement sans aucune hésitation !

Nous avons apprécié ce nouveau séjour au sein de l'InterContinental Genève.
Le personnel a été au petit soin durant tout notre séjour. La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel est marquante et nous avons apprécié cela.
La nourriture est excellente et nous avons profité des différents espaces de restauration.
Un grand merci pour cette magnifique chambre vue lac.

Overcharged one night

I arrived the hotel on Dec 4th, and was told that the hotel would charge me from Dec 3rd, a night before I arrived. When I booked hotel the booking dates were automatically selected with my air ticket. So I was not aware that it started a night earlier than my arrival. On the other hand, I did not received any email or notification about my upcoming stay in this hotel, so I was unaware of the issue.

Charged by a night that I did not stay, without any consultation or confirmation from me, made me very upset. I know there was a booking issue, my main complain here is that I have not received any notice from IHG about my booking, or email reminder about my upcoming stay. Other similar hotel brands do it all the time. If that was done then very much likely this kind of issue would have been caught by myself earlier and could have been avoided this unnecessary charge. I would really appreciate if the hotel management can consider to refund me for this one night, and I promise next time I will pay more attention when book IHG.

A perfect stay in Geneva

Platinum Elite

I want to thank Guest Relations & Duty Manager Ms. Celia Kari and the hotel staff for an excellent experience at the InterContinental Geneva Hotel; and, her personal greeting, acknowledging my status as a Platinum Elite Ambassador.
The upgrade to the junior suite, with the view of Lake Geneva, was greatly appreciated. The room was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. The service at the lobby bar was most cordial.
A special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who left the rose petals on the bed. A very nice touch.
I shall be looking forward to returning to the InterContinental Geneva Hotel. I highly this property to anyone I know, who is traveling to Geneva.

Our stay started on a great note when we checked in and was helped by a lovely Egyption girl ( sorry, cant remember name). She went out of the way to make us feel comfortable.
The room was great, spacious, light and clean.
The whole stay was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for any staff member.
Well done, Intercontental!

Great hotel and excellent service

It was a wonderful experience staying in Hotel Intercontinental Geneva in the past few days. Everything was perfect and everyone was super friendly. The staff at the front desk, concierge desk, and the lady in front of the Wood Restaurant every morning were all excellent and very helpful. Overall I was very impressed by the hotel itself and more so by the highly experienced and professional staff there.

My stay at the InterContinental Geneve was truly amazing, from the moment I arrived at the front of the hotel I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel and every single person on the staff was very kind and friendly. From the front desk, Fred and Michelle, especially Fred, this guy was very friendly and patient. He helped me a lot with my reservation and every question about the hotel and the city. Thanks for that. And from the restaurant Dennis and Flavian were very good employees at the hotel breakfast. The pool was really good and I took full advantage of it, because I was very lucky with the weather during my stay. And at the pool a girl speaks Spanish and worked as a lifeguard. She was really friendly and helpful. I would like to return to this hotel, amazing stay.
