Shady billing!

I am very disappointed with this hotel.
The minute I checked in, I was asked to sign and initial a receipt showing my daily rates. I noticed the rate was different (less) for second day booking than what I had received booking this room online. I proceed to ask the front clerk what my total was and what my daily rates were, since this document did not show a total, just a daily rate. She stated that since I had booked online with a "3rd party", she could NOT disclose to me my daily rate and that "they" (meaning this so-called 3rd party company I supposedly booked through) should of sent me an email with that information. I proceed to ask her if the rates I had JUST signed and initialed for were MY actual rates and she searched through the computer letting me know that they were NOT my actual rates. I asked her for a copy of the form I had JUST signed and initialed and she stated that she was not sure if she could give me a copy and that she would have to text her manager to ask. Therefore upon recieving a reply from her manager (Daniella) who said that she had spoken to the GM (Roman) who said that "No, a copy could NOT be provided to me". This is a truly SHADY incident on this hotel's part. Why am I being asked to sign and initial a form with one rate and physically being charged a completely DIFFERENT rate? Is it not logical to sign a form stating the rate I'm being charged!?! WHY would I be asked to sign for a different rate? Who is pocketing the difference from me and who knows how many others? I asked the clerk (Stephanie) who's response was "That's weird, I don't know why it's different " .... I expect an explanation as to WHY this happened WHY it was different and WHY I was asked to sign it if it was NOT my rate?
AND let it be known that I did NOT reserve through ANY THIRD PARTY COMPANY, I reserved online through the official Staybridge website!! You can obviously verify that on your end. So what is the malfunction here? Why would this clerk (Stephanie) tell me any different?
Secondly, DAY TWO, we head out to the pool at 11:30 only to find it CLOSED until 3 p.m. due to some chemicals that were put in there. How convenient is this for your guests? I book a TWO day reservation to get in an ENTIRE pool day on the second day just to be told it's closed until 3 p.m.?!?! Just as if I were having to wait for check-in AGAIN to use the hotel facilities, seriously? This is ridiculous! I called the front desk to the clerk (Stephanie) and advised her that I wanted to speak with either the GM (Roman) or the manager (Daniela) and she stated they were unreachable until Monday-Friday. I proceeded to tell her that I knew she was able to text them for issues, since she had just done so the day before when I checked in to ask about being able to issue me a copy, and if course at that point, at their convenience they replied almost immediately to deny me a copy, However, today when I'M THE ONE requesting the call, NOTHING from EITHER one of the individuals leading this hotel?
I am sitting in this hotel room at 12 noon, just waiting for 3 o'clock to come around to go out there! To top THAT off, we couldn't even BBQ while waiting for the pool to be ready because when we tried to turn it on, there was no gas tank in one of pits and the gas tank in the other pit was EMPTY! At this point we had to once again reach out to the front desk who then sent someone over to check, who then left without saying anything and showed up 45 minutes later with a workable tank. And all during this time, no call back from either the manager OR the GM. Until this day, neither one of them have reached out to me. This is a terrible way to conduct business on your part!
Extremely dissatisfied!!! It was a complete waste of MY time AND MY MONEY sitting in this hotel room watching t.v. which is something I could of just stayed home to do!

Excellent location and great price. Rooms are very nice. The TV channel line up is not consistent with the TV channel guide in the room...takes a while to figure out the channel line up. Need to consider upgrading the TV cable to digital.

This is a great Business Hotel to stay at. Complimentary Evening socual, and calso breakfast. Plenty of electrical outlets in the room, and great Internet service. please of locations nearby to walk to, or complimentary shuttle
