The most surprising thing is: hotel has TV services was unavailable for over five days when I checked in, and I realized that there was no determined date to fix it. Also, I think hotel staff should be more trained as they are not very knowledgeable. As I’ve just visited your brand hotel in Inuyama, the contrast was so huge. I think there were lots of improvements in this SZ one.

Our experience in this hotel is made special by all the staff,specially Jay who took time to bring us to our taxi and came running around back and forth the hotel to make sure the speed rail location given us is correct.
The hotel sure benefits from people like Jay who goes out to elevate their guest experience!
